Perhaps the most famous fine dining British meal, made so by Gordon Ramsey, our meal prep Beef Wellington has a mushroom ducelles' coated beef that has been seared and sous vied to a perfect rare so when its warmed back up in the microwave it will still be a tender medium. With a side of butter coated puff pastry it will pair perfectly with our red wine sauce.
Toad-in-the-Hole *
This uniquely named dish is made with juicy sausages, crispy, puffed Yorkshire pudding, delicious light brown onion gravy and a side of peas.
Cock-a-leakie soup*
The national soup of Scotland, not all UK dishes are heavy and thick, this light but savory leek soup is made with peppered chicken and various veggies with a side of plumb infused rice to turn it into a traditional rice soup or buttered toast for a more homely chicken noodle soup bowl.
Irish stew in a Scottish pie
A rich lamb stew made with Irish potatoes, carrots, onions, and simmered for hours till the lamb melts in your mouth. This stew is topped with a baked pie crust and a side of creamy mashed potatoes.
Bangers and Mash *
Grilled sausages sitting atop buttery smooth mashed potatoes and smothered in gravy. Served with a side of English peas.

“Tur-” Maple Glazed Turkey with potatoes and gravy*

German Bratwurst and Spätzle
The German celebration of thanks is empty without rich Bratwursts, and potato based pasta similar to gnocchi served in a homemade gravy sauce.

Chaat is an entire group of Indian street foods that are bursting with flavor. This meal is made of several bite sized meals that turn a simple lunch into an entire tasting menu taking you across the entire homeland of spice.

Hot pot Char siu
The perfect family meal, Hot pot meals are traditionally eaten by dipping ingredients of your choice into a boiling broth, cooking the thin cuts rapidly to keep all the flavor in a single bowl. This meal contains many optional ingredients to add to our specially made broth with traditional Char Siu as the centerpiece. Marinated pork with a BBQ like sauce in the Cantonese style.
