What is a meal plan?

A meal plan business allows you to order several meals ahead of time and we cook and package them in one bulk bundle for you to take with you and enjoy throughout the week.

In four simple steps you can get our fresh, restaurant quality meals you can reheat whenever you wish.

  1. Go to our ‘order’ page and select the number of meals you wish.

  2. Fill out your delivery address and preferred delivery time.

  3. Select which meals from the weekly menu you wish to eat. (Ordering before midnight on Sunday gets you the meals from that week.)

  4. Wait and enjoy! - We deliver every Wednesday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM.

    Optional step 5- if you wish to fill out our “flavor profile you can get all your meals personalized to fit your diet/flavor preferences every week, if you don’t like a certain ingredient we will be sure to substitute it for any of your meals.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! All our meals are prepackaged and ready to eat. They are in microwavable containers and safe to reheat.

  • After you add your meal plan order to your cart and fill out your delivery information you will have the option to choose which menu items from the week you want in your meal plan. Otherwise we will fill your plans with an even distribution of meals depending on your flavor profile answers.

  • On our ‘home’ page under the menu of the week there is a small link to that weeks nutrition labels and ingredients.

  • The flavor profile questionnaire is a form you can fill out to tell us your dietary restrictions and ingredients you dislike. We keep and check this questionnaire every week and automatically make substitutions of ingredients or meals so you can trust us to customize your week of meals to fit your flavor preferences worry free.

  • Unfortunately, since we work in a shared kitchen with other businesses, we cannot promise a completely allergy free environment at this time. If you have a dangerous allergy that can be carried across surfaces, even after they have been cleaned, we ask you not to order from us because we value your health over our profits.

    Basic, non life-threatening allergies we can absolutely work with to omit from any meal you order.

Our Journey so far

Head Chef Scott Rasmussen

Raised in the Midwest from Wisconsin to Texas, Chef Scott developed a taste for adventure and travel but was unable to jaunt across oceans himself. So, his taste buds had to travel for him. Becoming a chef was just a natural step in traveling and he sought out chefs and restaurants from across the globe to bring a new world of flavor to every table he served.

Graduating from Escoffier school of culinary arts with an associated degree, it was a good foundation to work on. From there he spent 8 years traveling from restaurant to restaurant learning from chefs specializing in classic American, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, French, and Italian cuisine. Yet, it wasn't enough and he decided to master every cuisine there is through immersion in the culture and prying our family recipes from immigrants from across the globe.

Now we dedicate a week every year to travel to the countries on our menu and truly get the most authentic food possible. So far, we have traveled to Mexico and every state in the USA with South America next on the list.

If you have recipes from another country we are always looking to learn more. Our business is new and you have the opportunity to leave your mark on our cooking forever.
